SpeakReviews is not intended to:

• Create fake reviews
• Manipulate ratings
• Mislead consumers
• Circumvent review platform rules
• Artificially inflate reputation scores

Users remain solely responsible for how they use the Service.

2. AUTHENTIC REVIEWS ONLY

Reviews through SpeakReviews must reflect genuine customer experiences. Users may not:

• Submit fabricated reviews
• Submit reviews for experiences that never occurred
• Submit reviews on behalf of other people without authorization
• Misrepresent identities
• Create misleading testimonials

All reviews should honestly reflect the customer's own experience.

3. NO FAKE REVIEWS

SpeakReviews strictly prohibits:

• Fake reviews
• Purchased reviews
• Manufactured reviews
• Automated review posting
• Review farms
• Review exchanges
• Review manipulation schemes

Any account involved in such activity may be suspended or terminated immediately.

4. NO REVIEW PLATFORM MANIPULATION

Users may not use SpeakReviews to manipulate any review platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Circumventing platform rules
• Misleading platform moderation systems
• Creating multiple accounts to influence ratings
• Artificially inflating review volume
• Coordinated review campaigns that violate platform policies

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable platform rules.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF REVIEW PUBLICATION

SpeakReviews does not guarantee that reviews will be published, remain published, appear publicly, rank prominently, influence search results, or improve ratings.

Review Platforms maintain sole discretion regarding review publication and visibility.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Businesses remain solely responsible for:

• Their review collection practices
• Their communications with customers
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Compliance with platform policies
• Customer disclosures and consents

SpeakReviews provides technology only. Businesses remain responsible for their own reputation management activities.

7. REVIEW PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

Users should comply with all applicable review platform rules and guidelines. Examples may include:

• Google Business Profile policies
• Yelp policies
• Facebook review policies
• DealerRater policies
• Cars.com policies
• Industry-specific platform rules

Platform policies may change at any time. SpeakReviews is not responsible for monitoring or enforcing third-party platform policies.

8. INCENTIVES AND REWARDS

Users are responsible for ensuring any incentives, discounts, promotions, or rewards comply with applicable laws and review platform policies.

SpeakReviews does not encourage the use of incentives that violate platform requirements. Businesses should carefully review platform policies before offering incentives in connection with reviews.

9. PRIVATE FEEDBACK FEATURES

SpeakReviews may provide mechanisms allowing customers to share private feedback directly with a business. Businesses agree:

• Not to misuse private feedback channels
• Not to harass customers
• Not to retaliate against customers
• Not to use private feedback to suppress lawful customer opinions

Private feedback should be used to improve customer experience.

10. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Users may not submit content containing:

• Illegal material
• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Threats
• Defamation
• Fraudulent statements
• Obscene content
• Malicious software
• Copyright violations
• Trademark violations

SpeakReviews reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts associated with prohibited content.

11. HEALTHCARE AND MEDICAL RESTRICTIONS

SpeakReviews is not intended for the collection or processing of Protected Health Information ("PHI"). Users should not include:

• Diagnoses
• Treatment details
• Medical record information
• Insurance information
• Prescription information
• Other sensitive medical information

Businesses using SpeakReviews remain responsible for HIPAA and healthcare privacy compliance.

12. PERSONAL INFORMATION RESTRICTIONS

Users should not include:

• Social Security numbers
• Credit card numbers
• Bank account numbers
• Government identification numbers
• Passport information
• Driver license numbers

SpeakReviews is not designed to process sensitive personal information.

13. NO IMPERSONATION

Users may not impersonate another person, submit reviews under false identities, misrepresent affiliations, or pretend to be customers they are not. Authenticity is required.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users may not submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights. Users remain responsible for content they submit.

15. SECURITY RESTRICTIONS

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, circumvent security controls, interfere with platform operations, or introduce malware or malicious code.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

16. ENFORCEMENT

SpeakReviews may investigate suspected violations of this Policy. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts
• Restrict access
• Remove content
• Terminate subscriptions
• Cooperate with lawful investigations

Enforcement decisions are made at SpeakReviews' sole discretion.
