Every new account begins with a free trial — 30 days or 50 real review interactions, whichever comes first — no credit card required.

This gives you ample time and real-world usage to experience SpeakReviews with your actual customers, evaluate the impact on your reputation — all before making any financial commitment.

Our Refund Policy

Because SpeakReviews offers a generous free trial that provides meaningful, real-world access to the platform before any payment is required, all subscription purchases are non-refundable.

We believe this is a fair and transparent approach. You have every opportunity to fully evaluate the service — with live customer interactions — before deciding to subscribe. Once you've made that decision, subscription fees cover the ongoing infrastructure and support that power your account.

Add-On Interaction Packs

Purchased add-on interaction packs are also non-refundable. Add-ons are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. We recommend purchasing only what you expect to use within that window.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain full access to your plan until that date.

We do not charge cancellation fees. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Exceptions

In rare cases involving documented billing errors or duplicate charges on our part, we will of course make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review your case promptly.
