SpeakReviews does not use customer voice recordings for advertising purposes. SpeakReviews does not sell voice recordings. SpeakReviews does not publicly expose customer voice recordings. Voice recordings are processed through secured systems and access is restricted.

Users should not include sensitive personal information, financial information, medical information, or Protected Health Information (PHI) within voice recordings.

4. GENERATED REVIEWS AND TRANSCRIPTIONS

To provide the Service, SpeakReviews may store voice transcriptions, review text generated from the customer's own words, and review interaction metadata. These records help display review drafts, provide analytics, maintain account history, and support customer reporting.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting.

5. INFORMATION WE DO NOT INTENTIONALLY COLLECT

SpeakReviews is designed to minimize data collection. The Service is not intended to collect:

19. BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If SpeakReviews or Pizzalytics, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy proceeding, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

20. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. Because no consistent industry standard exists, SpeakReviews does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
